I have no problem with getting my online service taken care of if, is done efficiently, orderly, and safely. ChatterPal, I believe has addressed it head on, and therefore has created an avenue for online, and brick and mortar businesses that have websites, to increase their customer service, product ordering, and even support. This in my opinion makes ChatterPal a gamechanger in technology. Everyone will be scrambling to copy this, but it starts here.
As far as using the software I found it very easy to use and navigate. You first start choosing your Avatar. An Avatar here is a cartoon business characters, 3D imagery, animals, and green screen. We ordered two of these for christmas. It said wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. After almost three weeks I checked online with my order number to find out the order was cancelled 2 days after I ordered, and was never notified! When my wife called customer service she was told that they had stopped making them. However, their website is still up taking orders, and come to find out this has been going on since 6 months ago!
