With fewer encounters with other people — and other professionals in your field — it’s easy to feel isolated, which can lead to a slump in progress or even depression.
With a virtual office, you never have to worry about scaling up or downsizing, nor do you have to go through the process of moving or relocating. Relocation can be a major impediment for businesses, taking a lot of time and creating huge costs, challenges, and complications. These methods add more contextual information like facial expressions and body language, which can be very telling in a conversation.

Outside of America, fully 79% of knowledge workers are virtual workers. 60% of virtual workers stated that they would leave their current job for one with more freedom to work remotely. There is a rising number of upwardly mobile professionals who are leveraging the Internet to work remotely full time as employees or as contractors.
